INFORMATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
PRINCIPLE OF INFORMATION
In compliance with Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD), we inform you that the data provided by you through the forms made available for this purpose on our website or through any other data collection channel, as well as those generated during your relationship with our entity, will be processed and included in files under the responsibility of Manuel I. Companioni González, duly notified to the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The purpose of such processing is the maintenance and fulfilment of the relationship between the service recipient and our entity, as well as the provision of services arising from that relationship.
Likewise, in compliance with the aforementioned LOPD and with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSI-CE), we inform you that your data may be used for the purpose of sending you commercial and courtesy communications related to our entity by telephone, standard postal mail, email, or equivalent electronic communication channels.
In the same way, we inform you that your data will be transferred in all cases where it is necessary for the development, fulfilment, and control of the relationship between the service recipient and our entity, or in cases authorized by a legal norm, and in particular when any of the following circumstances applies:
a) The processing or transfer has as its purpose the satisfaction of a legitimate interest of the data controller or the transferee, covered by said norm;
b) The processing or transfer of the data is necessary for the data controller to comply with an obligation imposed by said norm.
PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT
Consent for the processing of your data for the purposes described in the previous section shall be understood as granted through the ticking of the corresponding box provided for this purpose on our website.
MANDATORY NATURE OF THE DATA REQUESTED

PRINCIPLE OF DATA QUALITY

In the event that the service recipient provides false data or data relating to third parties without their consent, the service recipient will be personally liable before Manuel I. Companioni González, the affected or interested parties, the Spanish Data Protection Agency and, where applicable, regional data protection authorities for any liabilities arising from such circumstances.
Manuel I. Companioni González does not collect data from persons under fourteen years of age through its website. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
